At Rest and Reset Massage, we believe rest is essential — not optional.

Community Reset Mondays were created to extend care beyond circumstance and make professional bodywork more accessible for those navigating financial challenges.

Each Monday, we offer a limited number of 60-minute sessions under our Pay-As-You-Can model, with a minimum $40 contribution. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are available by reservation only.

Built on trust, dignity, and community, this program allows those who can give more to help sustain access for others.

Because everyone deserves the opportunity to rest.
Because healing should never feel out of reach.

🌿 How Community Reset Mondays Work

• 60-minute professional therapeutic massage sessions offered on Mondays only
• This is bodywork focused on wellness, pain relief, and restoration
• Pay-As-You-Can model with a $40 minimum contribution
• If you are able to give more than the minimum, your generosity helps support access for others

Professional Standards

• Community Reset sessions are conducted under the same professional standards as all Rest and Reset Massage services
• There is zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior, sexual comments, or misconduct of any kind
• Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund

Availability

• Limited sessions available each Monday
• Appointments first come, first served
• Community Reset is designed to create access for many — not reserved ongoing weekly slots
• If the same time slot is booked consistently for more than two consecutive weeks,

availability may be rotated to allow others the opportunity to receive care

Booking Requirements

• Must book at least 24 hours in advance
• Prepayment is required to reserve your session

Payment Policy

• Payment must be completed before the session begins
• Applies to both online and in-person bookings
• Your payment secures your scheduled time

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable
• No-shows forfeit the session payment
