I’m Lee, a veteran, licensed massage therapist, and owner of Rest and Reset Massage in Greensboro, NC.

With the love and support of my wife, Angelica, I created this space because I wanted massage to feel simple, welcoming, and real. A place where you can walk in, be yourself, and know that someone genuinely cares about how you’re doing.

I take the time to listen, stay present, and provide professional massage without making you feel rushed or like you’re just another appointment.

This isn’t about having everything together. Sometimes you just need somewhere to put it all down for a while.
