🌿 SPEAK LIFE
You don’t have to carry everything today.
Take a moment. Unclench your jaw. Drop your shoulders. Take one slow breath and ask yourself:
“What can I put down, even if only for today?”
You don’t have to solve everything before you rest. Sometimes the next step is simply getting quiet enough to hear what you need.
Here's A Reminder:
Release over resistance. Grace over grit.
Scripture:
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
